Cattery Diary
Here we chronicle some events in our cattery. Happy news, sad news - it's all here and part of life as a cat breeder. We started this as a blog before anyone knew what a blog was. Eventually, we began posting these news items to our Facebook page only and since Feb 2008 this diary/blog has been neglected. Until now - Sep 2023. See 2023-09-16 New Website

| January 2, 2000 Today we visited with Frances Price and picked up Doonie, the chocolate stud, and brought him to our house where he will reside in the newly redecorated stud quarters. Right now it seems very strange to him after his arrangements at Frances' house where he's had lots of other cats to look at all day long. This is just a large room with washable white walls and a few places to climb up to look out the window. He hasn't figured it all out yet. Soon he will be getting a large walk-in cage with lots of shelves with a view out the window. Then we will be able to let the other cats come out to visit with him. It's still a work in progress, but we're glad to have him with us as we have some nice little girls who have been waiting for him. |
